Line 41 pip install factorio-rcon should be pip install factorio-rcon-py as the former doesn't exist.
Same goes for the mod's main page installation step 2.

Also you need to CTRL + ALT + Click "Settings" button in main menu → "The rest"

Otherwise you'll get RCON connect failed: Failed to establish a connection to the server from lm_studio_bridge.py.
