When I click on it with a repair tool it just says "Not Operable"

Interesting, do you have Car Keys installed? Can you share your save file?

No car keys installed. I will put save up at some point. There's also missing graphics like Vehicle Wagon in production menu and a problem with one of the tutorials breaking and throwing up an error about config.

Sorry you have the problem too. I can't help unless you attach a log file (which shows your mod list) or a save file. Even better if you have a save file from before and after the problem happened. Did it happen after upgrading from a previous version? Or adding another mod?

It's supposed to set the vehicle operable flat to false when the car is loaded, and set it back to true when unloading. If the data gets corrupted during migration that might make it do what you see.

When I try to repair the wagon, in the factorio-current.log file, it didn't say anything particular about that problem.

Thank you for this! I have realized this is due to a dumb oversight on my part. I set "operable=false" to prevent opening the inventory, but it also makes it un-repairable. I will have to figure out a different way.

This is fixed in the 4.1.13! It will automatically fix any wagons already in the world.
