b LUA errors with several optional dependicies

Hello,

I attempted to run Ultracube with all optional dependencies enabled (except PickerDollies, which so far hasn't been updated for 2.0).

The following optional mods triggered LUA errors when enabled with Ultracube:
AAI Signal Transmission (v0.5.0)
Flow Control (v3.2.2)
Pushbutton (v2.0.3)

these should all be fixed now on 0.6.2.
