Game loads fine with Safe Waterfill enabled for me. Could it be another mod causing problems, or do you need to update the versions?
None of the above.. figured it out.. use Safe Waterfill a lot and in startup settings I have disabled shallow waterfill as standard - this is what stopped the load. Reverted all checkboxes to standard and loaded fine...
