Dispatch depot does not fil more than 5k liquid for fuel yet with my 10k trucks & limit liquid is 1Million it has this infinite fuel refill request have a Discord or git repo i can use i would give you a screenshot

Fuel request calculation seems based on drone count × fuel-per-drone, but the depot internal fluid tank caps around ~10k. When the calculated request exceeds this, the depot continuously requests fuel but never fills beyond ~5k–10k, resulting in infinite fuel requests even when Max Storage is set higher

Dispatch depots use a different logic indeed, added a dedicated setting for their fuel capacity, next release
