I had 2 levels of surface on Nauvis, but then I update subsurface, they are saved as nauvis subsurface level 1(level 2) and lost their surface bonus effects (prod,speed and pollution increase). Then I make level 3 surface it saved as Nauvis(with capital N) subsurface level 3 and surface effects are present. Is it fixable?

So you lose surface effects when updating from 2.0 to 2.1? Can you send me your 2.0 save?

No, im playing on 2.0 right now, It broke then subsurface updated

So the surface effects are gone without updating Subsurface? Could it be another that reset them?

I think one of subsurface updates broke it,

In the old save, there are no surface effects for nauvis subsurfaces (why...idk), so nothing is lost due to the update.
I can add a migration script in the next release to reset them
