Hi, thank you for your finding. I created new chemstry category for 3 fluids. The chemical plant of Krastorio2 can take in 3 different fluids. I did some testing on the singularity tech card, and it seems to me that the issue has to do with factorio trying to calculate all the base ingredients needed to craft that tech card. If a remove some of the needed items in the recipe, then it shows up on the matter assembler. From what i can tell the same issue also affects other recipes as well. I'll try to find root cause of that problem.
