First of all I really love your mod :D
I am playing with a friend who has(had) like 10 times the amount of hours I had in Factorio and at least that much more experience (in vanilla) so saving up some level points and putting them all into speed just to hear him go "wtf how fast" was really good :D

Now I play with some more mods, among others the "Avatars" mod by DedlySpider. And I recently finally managed to build some and tried them out only to find out that they feel SO slow after getting used to my levelled up speed stat. So maybe if it's doable from your side, "taking my stats with me" would be amazing!

Edit: the basic idea of the mod is that you build artificial bodies that look like a player. With a machine you can control them as if YOU were THEM. Imagine like a budget teleport (you don't take items from you inventory with you) or a premium radar (you're actually there :D)
