hi, i'm very thankful that you updated the mod.
can i have permissions to upload the new version on your mod page?
i came up with a new method that allows the game's pathfinding to be affected by the weight when braking.
(replacing wagons when the train state changes with heavier versions)
but i'd like to revert that space age item weight usage... it's way too random

the weights should remain as opt-out. its really the only way weights can be adjusted by other add on mods.

do you have a github link to the updated source tree? i can take a look.

sorry but i dont use github.
i uploaded it on https://mods.factorio.com/mod/OverloadedTrains/downloads
but gonna keep it deprecated. i'm happy for every mod that i don't have to maintain. there are just too many at this point...
also, if you upload it here, the update will reach much more people.
there are changes in every file, except maybe the info.json and thumbnail

- added support for armored train
- also triggers the events script_built and script_destroyed now

- Fixed an error when a fluid wagon was empty
- Removed an unnecessary print
- Added support for equipment grids
- Added compatibility for accumulator wagon

- Fixed trains with a real schedule getting stuck on the station
- Disabled debug mode

i guess you're not interested in the optimizations. i'm gonna un-deprecate my mod then
