The description says that this is built on a space platform. Does this mean that the Ion Cannon is tied to the planet being in orbit, or is this tied to the planet itself?

Got it. That's the answer I was looking for. Planet, not platform. Means I can't build it in orbit of Nauvis and then ship it to Fulgora, say. Thanks for the response :)

the mod would be developed in such a way that the management is attached to the surface. if you want to change it, it would have to be reprogrammed
