How this works in Spage Age

The Ion Cannon Starter Pack has a weight of 1000kg. Deliver it to the space platform
Place this pack to build the controller and install the ion cannon in the orbit of the current planet.

How to build Ion Cannon Mk2

• Research the Orbital Ion Cannon Mk2
  after this research you can craft Orbital Ion Cannon Mk2 on the space platform,
  but you can not yet install them. Don't try it, it will blow up in your face.
  It is recommended to increase the number of ion cannons on a planet to a number divisible by 10 (so this means 10, 20, 30, etc.)
• Research the Orbital Ion Cannon Mk2 Upgrade
  during this uprade you can still increase the number of Mk1 installations, but all are offline.
  Once the upgrade has been completed, all Mk1 installations have been removed! The recycled materials were used to create Mk2, the ratio is approximately 1:10.
  After this upgrade you can no longer install Mk1s. Don't try it, it will blow up in your face.

The Ion Cannon Starter Pack Mk2 has a weight of 10 tons. Too heavy for the rocket. Craft it directly on the space platform.
