When you need to call down the thunder to deal with those pesky biters, launch a rocket with an ion cannon into orbit and show the bugs who's boss.

When Alert sounds is at 0%, I can still hear all the ion cannon sounds including "ion cannon ready" and the warning for firing. Both sounds should be muted when the alert sound level is at 0%.
