When i do only Tiberium i cant go thru procesing oil thing ... and another problem i must download another mod for turn coal to wood cause the poles ... but how do i obtain rafineries with only tiberium without oil on planet tiber ??? need my safe or mods ? screens ? i need help ... thx

There's a recipe for crude oil you can make from molten tiberium.

This recipe is locked behind oil processing (because you need a refinery to make molten tiberium). I would suggest either adjusting the tech tree, or just having it researched when the Tiberium only mode / starting on Tiber is selected. (I am running into the same issue.)
