i Separate liquid t power from liquid t nuclear fuel

My suggestion is to make liquid t power plant avalible without requiring locating nauvius and researching nuclear tech tree when starting out on tiberius
Edit: Clarification on how i think it should look like and my reasoning.
Move liquid t power plant to liquid t centrifuging and rename it "Liquid tiberium utilisation". Rename liquid t power to "Liqud tiberium nuclear applications".
Why do i think it to be a good (maybe necessary) idea? Basically at the current moment liquid t power plant is dead on arrival as a viable power source for 2 reasons:
1) When starting on tiber it is unlocked after its direct (and better) competitor - conventional nuclear power alongside utilising liquid t to make powercells for it
2) Even if you dont like the recipie for tiberium power cells you have uranium transmutation just 2 techs after which completely invalidates liquid t power
