Iron is removed from all the centrifuging recipes.... which like to be honest isn't a "it doesn't work" compatibility issue, but it does make progression rather significantly harder.

Is there a way to get the current automatically generated tiberium recipies so that you can add them to the manual recipie option so that I can fix this temporarily at least?

Version 1.1.16 adds a setting to Override Tiberium Centrifuging Outputs, so you can manually specify what resources you want the Tiberium centrifuging recipes to give. Make sure to read the setting description carefully in order to use the correct syntax.
