Problem is not in the Factorio HD Modpack, but in the mod Age of Production, where author of the mod explicitly sets the definition of pipeline connection and my feature Squeze Through does not account for that. So when my mod try to set new boundaries (try to shrink size the size of the collision box) the pipe is no longer connected to the machine and the factorio will not build it. Thus - Crashing the game.
The compatibility with the mod Age of Production should be fixed by now.
From my testing the mod loads, works as intended and pipe connections works too. Even tho i myself did not test all the machinery but it should work just fine. If you encounter any more errors, please let me know.
