Wondering the same thing here. Was wondering if it's got anything to do with logistics chests but the tesseract is available so early, that wouldn't make sense. And either way it's not like the logistics network would have access to the tesseracts inventory.
Edit: Apparently connecting the Data Proxy to the tesseract caused it to actually create the internal items in its own storage. They flash on and off every .5 sec or so, but it's enough time to get the shards out. Honestly the strangest workaround I've done in a long time there should be some kind of initial method that's more intuitive than this, but oh well it's a WIP.
