Install the mod and automatically when I enter my game the CPU usage was triggered. The DEBUG menu indicates that this is this mod.
More precisely, the newest version use 2ms on average even when I have not built any battleship, which has a visible impact on UPS. Maybe you should find another way to implement the changes.
If you don't use Bob's mod, you can go back to version 0.3.37. I failed when trying to adapt to his artillery and ammo mods.
The same happens for 0.3.40. And FYI, 0.3.38 does not have this issue.
