Patches vehicles added by other mods to work with K2's equipment system. Patches can be toggled in settings.

Rubia requires Chemical Plants to create Scrapophilus, and Chemical Plants require Automation Cores to be crafted. Automation Cores require copper plates in normal K2SO and using this mod, require Scrapophilus to be crafted, essentially blocking any progress until Scrapophilus is obtained, which cannot be obtained without Chemical Plants

Chemical plants should not require automation cores. A fresh game with only K2SO and Rubia shows that they do not require automation cores.

Are you on Factorio 2.0 or 2.1? Maybe it's a recipe K2SO broke in 2.1.
