I have a rail track on both floors, perfectly aligned with two stations on each floor. Warp train works when ground platform is on a planet, teleports back and forth, but fails to teleport to ground platform during warp transition when you fly through space. It says: "ERROR: Can't find WarpGround station" or something like that. Very confusing and insidious.

Train is not supposed to be able to warp during warp transition. It still needs better messaging and error handling

I see, thank you. There's also a problem that sometimes after that it switches to manual mode and you have to restart it. That would alleviate at least part of the problem.

Second issue should be fixed in latest patch
