Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
New places to build more factories.
Transportation of the player, be it vehicles or teleporters.
New ways to deal with enemies, be it attack or defense.
Changes to enemies or entirely new enemies to deal with.
Map generation and terrain modification.

Definitely! I do need to read all the patch notes first though.
I just downloaded this mod and the utils mod and manually incremented the version to 2.1 to check, and it appears that there is no changes that need to be made to update to 2.1
