Flying Freighters are a mix between trains and bots. They are typically better than trains and bots in most situations, but shouldn't make trains or bots obsolete.

Bugfixes:
- Fixed new freighters so their starter fuel is requested through the logistics network instead of appearing for free, while keeping the burner-slot request visible to bots and players.
- Fixed the starter-fuel request payload so creating or loading saves no longer errors with an invalid inventory-position plan.
- Fixed freighters getting stranded at refuel or ammo detours when bots or players topped them off before they reached the resupply stop.
- Fixed station choice tie-breaks so equally good destinations now spread traffic across matching stops instead of piling multiple freighters onto one target.
- Removed the temporary per-tick station buffer sizing debug trace so active transfers no longer spam `factorio-current.log`.
Changes:
- Shift-copy and shift-paste on freighters and stations now use vanilla-style entity settings feedback instead of printing custom chat confirmations.
