Lets turbo transport belts, turbo underground belts and turbo splitters be crafted anywhere -- including on space platforms. Vanilla Space Age locks these three recipes to Vulcanus via a 4000 kPa surface-pressure condition; this removes that restriction. The foundry that crafts them already has no surface conditions, so it builds on platforms fine. Requires Space Age.
