i have no idea what you mean, i checked out the mod and it doesn't look like its even possible for it to intefere.
i can only imagine it "bugs out" because the symetric thruster mod applies to existing thrusters as well, breaking basically every valid thruster setup.
so yea, please show some pics and/or better describe what the compatibility issue is, otherwise i'll just have to file it under "that's how that other mod works".
