There Be Biters: moat start, railworld+ and biter siege waves

The biters are endless and attack in overwhelming waves. Fortunately, you start on a moat but you'll need to expand soon. This mod aims to make Nauvis strategically engaging by making the biters a persistent challenge to logistics and resources.

Turns the biters into a strategic challenge throughout the campaign. They will endlessly attack your bases in massive waves and clearing them is not always practical.

Generates a moat around the starting resources to let you set up, but you'll have to venture beyond your safe haven to collect more resources and advance.

A map generator preset is created for the right amount of challenge.

Biters have been amped: faster, larger attack waves, multiply on death (optional), and scale organically with pollution.

Features (can be changed in settings):
- Moat on Nauvis start: ensures time to setup before venturing out into the danger zone.
- Map generator preset: dense and remote resource deposits, massive biter waves, fast nest expansion
- Biter swarm script: multiplies biters on death
- Flame turret tweaks: nerfs flame turrets so that a combined arms approach is necessary. Still OP but more specialised.

How to use:
1. Install the mod.
2. Modify the adjustable mod settings via the in-game menu. Recommended - enable the "Use TBB Map Parameters"
3.a (New game - recommended) Start a new game and select the "There Be Biters Preset" map generator.
3.b (Existing game) Load the existing save and update a TBB map setting via in-game menu - this will update the current map parameters but will not generate a moat.

Updating versions:
- Via in-game Map Settings, enable the "Use TBB Map Parameters" to update to the latest configurations. This is an opt-in to prevent updating of custom configurations.
