Noticed in a new game I had two property certificates, and they both get consumed when buying. If I have only one selected, only one is consumed.
How could you get more then one on hand, if stack size is 1 ???
Apparently a mod edited the stack size. The default setting starts you with two, so it is not that surprising I would think?
