Adds a new hybrid planet combining features of Nauvis and Gleba. Brave the dangerous swamp moon of Terra Palus; mine Palusium ore and use UV light to freeze those that would see you destroyed.
(Pretty important) The Inhibitor lamp stops freezing enemies after power is lost and restored until it is replaced, this includes using a switch to stop power.
(Not too important) The lamp continues to work without consuming power when disabled via the circuit network.
(Question) Is it intentional that the lamps are too heavy for a rocket?
(Not too important) Suggestion: Is it possible to add a lamp power consumption multiplier to the settings?
