It's a small thing, but I feel like the 20% solar power in space (in version 1.1.4) is tuned too low both in terms of balance and internal consistency with the rest of the planets. For comparison, Gleba itself (which Terra Palus is a moon of) is 200% solar efficiency. Aquilo, which is a lot further out in the solar system and a lot of people build nuclear ships for, is 60% efficiency. The other moon mod, Cerys for Fulgora, uses the 120% that Fulgora itself has in space.
I suggest tuning the solar efficiency in space to somewhere between 200% (matching Gleba) and 60% (Aquilo), depending on how much you want to imply that the gloom of the atmosphere is reaching into orbit. That, and how much you want to make getting a solar ship there (and keeping it there) difficult.
