If you die in the Fulgoran Subway rooms it re-spawns you in the Subway with out your power armor and thus no way to get back to the surface or any ability to reach your corpse unless you died right next to the edge of the room.
That is a great point. I will need to do some brain-storming for how to fix this since any other underground area that the player dies in could experience the same problem.
