Updates the Spidertron Logistic mod, with new beacon sprite, removal of the movement nerf, and expands the range of the logistic connectivity to 10k tiles.

Use with Spiderdrones to easily traverse obstacles, water, and space.

Use cases:
Supplying artillery emplacements to reclaim more territory from the biters.
(Build the emplacements in water to avoid biter agro)
