All crude oil patches mine at 10 crude oil per second.
Is this an intended effect of this mod?

SiF only changes placement of oil nodes and converts them to finite. Just checked to verify, base game oil and sulfuric acid is pumped at a rate of 10/sec. Fluorine is pumped at a rate of 1/sec.

Not a great mechanic, should be documented on the mod page.

Krastorio does the same thing. With SIF, oil is an early game resource. Other "planet" recipes will render oil useless.

Everything goes. But, if I wanted to play krastorio, I'd play that. If I'd wanted to play space age on nauvis, I'd need to look somewhere else then, if I had known.
