The ice recipe does 50 ice for 500 water (150 ice with prod3).
So an ice + melt loop generates water at (1:2) or (1:10.5 prod3).
I think that at max prod, it should be 1:1 (similar to how there's a 300% prod limit on recyclables).
For that, the ice recipe would need to take 5250 water per 50 ice.
So at prod3, 5250 water would generate 150 ice, which would generate 5250 water again.
