Shchierbin adds an alternative recipe to create artillery shells from its vanadium steel instead of tungsten, but it seems it also updates the recycling recipe for original arty shells to return vanadium instead of tungsten. I think its probably cursed either way (recycling will allow you to convert one into the other), so the only alternative would be to add some "vanadium artillery shell" that otherwise behaves identically to regular arty shells, so the crafting lineage can be preserved. Barring that rather troublesome fix thats probably a sneaky footgun, I'd argue tungsten makes more sense to get back, since vulcanus science is a prereq for v-arty, at least in the razi pack I'm running.
