I just started a run with the "Enable Planet Mods Lite" mod-pack (which includes Shchierbin).
Just wanted to let you know, that the crafting recipes for "Vanadium concentrate (recipe)", "Vanadium plate (recipe)", "Ferrovanadium (recipe)" are visible from the very start.
I would assume these should only become visible once the planet has been discovered.
