  Major Features:
    - Spaceship-scrap recycling adjusted for Frozeta start experience. Increase Rocket 0.1 --> 0.2 Drop percentage. Even then, we are going to need a large amount of production to get the explosives from rockets to ship to arm railguns.
    - Spoilage amount increase from 1 to 4, while propability decreased from 0.04 to 0.03. (Every 100 space scrap now gives 12 spoilage, from 3). I want to better incentivise connecting the scrap processing to the biochamber. (Final Frozeta start scenario will include 4 starting biochambers)
    - Heatpipe drop rate decreased to 0.02, from 0.03. (Starting scenario will be given heatpipes to compensate). 
    - Regular scrap drop rate increased to 0.11, from 0.10. Every 1000 Spaceship scrap --> 110 scrap --> 6.6 concrete. (From 6 concrete)

    - Steam recycler crafting locked to Frozeta by default, this can be adjusted in the mod settings. Was informed this would make gameplay more fun,as now you have a building to automate on Frozeta
    - Steam recycler fluid boxes adjusted. Original solution was to have pipes between each one, but it turns out reverse tiling them was broken. Now you can easily have steam pass through from one recycler to another without pipes inbetween
    - Split module finale into its own technologies. This helps accomodate players who use technology science multipliers. This behavior can be reverted with a new mod setting, such that you don't have to adjust your saves.

    - Less spoilage (6% to 4%, to more rockets 1% to 3%)
    - Less copper cable. (5%to 4% for gold ore (1%to 2%)
    - Stone now 1% from 2%, uranium fuel cell now 3% from 2%
    - Battery now at 1% from 3%. Plastic-bar at 2% from 1%. Processing unit now at 2%, from 1%. 
    - Level 4 modules now take 7 red and blue circuits, from 4. 
    - Level 4 modules now take 6 gold plates, from 4. 
    - Secretas gravity pull now 40, from 10. (For realism) 
    - Solid fuel liquefaction now costs 250 steam, from 200.
    - Quality 4 modules now takes 4 supercapacitors, from 1
