Adds a separate tab for science packs. Intends to de-clutter the intermediates tab when you have a lot of different planet mods adding their own sciences.
Will separate nauvis sciences from "interplanetary" sciences, anything not on nauvis will be treated as that.

Contains built-in compatibility with maraxsis and lignumis, their sciences will be handled properly.

Modders, if you want yours to show up in a different subgroup, parent it to the "science" item group.
