the Tar Sand and Natural gas arent spawned when using RSO
James sent me here to raise the issue with Compatibility
they error with the names: adamo-carbon-natural gas and VPE-tarsand

First resource is supported under it's own mod. Why it would be found in different mod?
Second one is not known to RSO at all. And it looks like it's from different mod also.
Considering above I'd be a bit reluctant to support this mod. I'm not sure how much of cooperation is between it's author and author of other two mods that seem to be used to make this one.
If all those are actually agreed then I'd need to get VPE mod compatible first with some config from it's author and then extend that support to mod in question. But established way to reuse other mod's resources would be to have it as dependency. Thats how most people do it AFAIK.

he made the mod comaptible with those mods but the recources also spawn without those active as a sort of vanilla comaptibility
i have told james about your answer , who knows what will happen now
since the mod just works without natural gas and tar sand , i'll just consider those error messages a quirck of oily

Neither of the resources exist elsewhere. The mods they are from are not updated to 1.1.

None. The two mods in question are Unlicense https://mods.factorio.com/mod/adamo-carbon or MIT https://mods.factorio.com/mod/VPE, so no cooperation is needed. Especially as they can't even be used in conjunction, since they aren't published for the same factorio verison.

I can make a section that adds those two if your mod is detected - I'd reuse the adamo config probably but I'd need to get something for VPE resource.
You could grab RSO and prepare the config yourself or I can try to figure it out from VPE mod by comparing it to vanilla and making something close.
