So I think theres an issue with fluids. I tried it with lube, petroleum, and heavy oil. I have over 500,000 petro stored in tanks, changed the limit from a digitizing chest hooked up to a chest from 10,000, my personal default, up to 100,000 and the tanks emptied nearly completely, and only some of the petro went into quantum storage. I don't know how much, but, significantly less then what was in the tanks. I had 69k of petro in quantum storage after but there was over 500k in the tanks, and I already had a small amount in the quantum storage so I'm not really sure how much is making it into storage, buts its not all of it. And I didn't have any blueprints layed or ghosts anywhere on the map, so it wasn't crafting anything, or at least shouldn't have been.

I'm wondering if its only transferring at whatever rate its allowed to, and then just deleting the leftover before the next transfer? I don't know honestly.

Using a pump solves the issue. Directly connecting the chest to a storage tank just deletes all the fluid and transfers only small amounts. I'll just use a pump. For anyone using this mod, just hook a pump up to the chest before you send it fluid.

Do you use the same chest for all fluids?

Okay, fixed. The bug was caused by the new fluid mechanics (guess not really new at this point). The method I used to remove fluids in just the container now for some reason removes fluids in the entire fluid subsystem, which is why pumps helped with it.
