Fluid wagon requires a Storage tank, which is not available until you research Electronics. I suggest to either move the recipe for Storage Tank to include it on the technology for Fluid wagon, or remove/replace that requirement in the recipe to craft Fluid wagons.
I am sorry but all storage tanks is after electronics, but it's all in automation science pack, it's not hard. If i changed the storage tank technology location, it would a bit far away from a single early train mod.
