Removes every aspect of military from vanilla and modded

This file is located in the same directory as your mods folder
This mod can be applied to any existing save
Grenades are not disabled since they are great for killing Factorio's true enemy
Walls and gates are not disabled since they have a decorative aspect
Modded tanks and other vehicles will not be disabled, but all of their guns will be unusable
It is impossible to remove the ammo slots
Trees have their health set to 1 so that they can be oneshot with grenades
All other entities no longer have HP
