Putting this on very low priority for now; it should be possible, but seems like such a minor feature.

Well, to make more compact builds to me it makes sense to NOT sacrifice speed, however there should be still some penalty. I would prefer mini/micro builds more "energy dense", i.e penalizing in terms of "energy usage per unit of occupied space" and not penalizing in productivity.

I've added settings to modify the energy usage (and more) to a separate settings mod, in order to reduce clutter in the main mod, while allowing for far more in-depth tweaking of values with the new mod enabled: Mini/Micro Machines Settings
