I actually undid the fix for Bio Industries, as that was more of a mistake on their side. They redefined one of the base game's pipe orientations and conflicted with any mod that attempted to use those. Bio Industries ended up changing that to something else, so it fixed all of the conflicts.
Checking Bio Tech's recent issues, they have to do the same fix on their side.
