Could you please provide more details about the issue? By copy paste, do you mean copying settings using shift-right click to shift-left click, or do you mean copying like ctrl+c and ctrl+v or do you mean copying with a blueprint?
I'm not able to reproduce the issue mentioned. When I copy with ctrl+c/v or with a blueprint, the request in the pasted requester tank/minibuffer is the same as the one in the original. Does the problem persist if logistic tanks is the only mod installed? It might be an incompatibility with some other mod you have installed. If you post the modlist here I can also test it out with the same ones installed.
