This mod sets the normal quality stats to match legendary stats (Configurable). This applies to everything without actually changing their quality level. Optional setting to make it so enemies remain at normal stats.

- Fixed electric mining drill resource drain not being patched (wrong internal entity name).
- Fixed burner mining drill resource drain not being patched (missing from drill list).
- Fixed electric and burner mining drills using incorrect drain values (were using big mining drill values).
