Legendary Normal - Customize normal quality stats
Allows you to change the quality stats of normal quality items without breaking other features of the game.
Configurable values, including an option to keep enemies at default values.
By default, this mod makes normal stats the same as legendary. You can configure that. 0 is normal, 5 is legendary. You can input up to 10 if you really want to feel cheaty.
Workaround For Enemies
This mod changes the normal quality level so that event research and crafting do not have to be tampered with. Due to that, all enemy stats are also boosted. If you choose to not increase their stats, the mod will create a new quality level called basic. It then sets all enemies to that.
Due to how demolisher territories work, this mod ignores them. Otherwise, all their territories are deleted, and they go rouge.
Workaround For Mining Drills
Mining drills resource drain has some strange effects that are hard coded, so my standard method of setting the level does not work.
I've opted to manually set the values to match the quality level you select. Though I've set the max to 8% with any quality level greater than 3 (Matching legendary) If you make an actual legendary drill with this mod active, then it's drain will be >1% which is pretty broken. Frankly this mod exists so you do not need to create quality items, but it's your game.
There is also an issue with acid from spitters and worms. It has legendary stats. I am looking into this.
