Spidertron Weapon Loadout

Simple mod that allows user to customize Spidertron's weapon slots. Optionally adds a fifth and sixth weapon slot, and dynamically modifies spidertron recipe to require the new weapons.

b [Fixed] Railgun and Tesla Range

When both the Railgun and Tesla gun are added to the Spidertron, they both have a default range of 20 rather than the handheld variants of 40 and 24, respectively
Would love to be able to bring a rapid fire TeslaRail spidertron into a Rampant base, but the nerfed range makes that unviable

Sorry it took so long to get this. I'm not entirely sure why I set the default range to 20 for all of the spider-weapons (excluding the spider-shotgun, which was set to 15), maybe for some kind of balancing reason?

Anyways, I've changed it so that the original weapon range is copied during the initial data step, and then re-copied during data-final-fixes, in case the original weapon range was modified (so it should theoretically always match the base weapon range, unless other mods change it during final-fixes, after this mod runs)

I'm not entirely sure how useful a Railgun/Tesla spidertron would be, especially with the new ranges, since if both weapons have ammo, but one weapon can't fire due to range, then it will never switch back to the longer ranged weapon. Maybe that's why I had all the ranges set to 20.

Ah well, short range railgun wasn't all that useful to begin with, so it probably wasn't worth mix-and-matching with other weapon types anyways. Nice buff to dedicated spidertron variants though. Implemented in v2.0.10 (and retroactively applies to the whole squad as well!)

Thank you! I was unaware of that behavior for Spidertron weapons, i'll need to do some testing on my own to find out what works best and specialize more if I need to, but your response was quicker than I expected and solves the issue just fine. Thank you again!

I can't imagine what the usual turnaround time is for other mod devs to patch up bugs like this, but I generally prefer to fix them either same day or by the next day, so taking nearly a whole week is far longer than my usual lol. But no problem, always happy to make improvements!

Oh no, it's not that other mod developers are notably slow, it's just I realize you're an unpaid stranger adding color and depth to a game in your own free time, and I recognize that and don't have expectations or feel entitled to it. Keep being awesome!
