Krastorio 2 Wind Turbine (ZarSasha's Fork)

This mod is forked from Krastorio 2 Wind Turbine by mad_engineer, which extracts just the wind turbine from Krastorio 2 by raiguard, Krastor and Linver. The mod is released under the same license as the original.

The wind turbine has a 3x3 footprint and produces a small but steady amount of electricity from wind (20kW by default on Nauvis). It is fairly cheap and available right from the start. As you would expect, it can't be built in space. Normally not on Aquilo either due its harsh environment, unless it is enabled in the settings.

The code has been updated (and almost definitely improved) in many small ways in regards to configurability, balance, graphics, sound effects, gui and more.
