This mod adds a new logistics mechanic: The Item Network.

To solve this problem, you need to use fewer chests.
To do this, I suggest looking into the game files and changing 2 parameters (https://prnt.sc/S88WrTSAmBZJ) this will allow you to set a larger buffer for the chest and tank.
After these changes, it will be possible to use this construction (https://prnt.sc/o1MwvYktmXsZ).
I also suggest that the developer transfer these parameters to the in-game settings.
I'm experimenting with larger tanks and chests in the V2 for exactly this reason. Can verify that those parameters are a good way to manually override the size, but you'll have to restart factorio for them to take effect.
