I would like to suggest ctrl alt shift click to clear a fluid.

I have 0.6 random 145 degree coke oven gas stuck in there.

Makes sense to me so I made an issue to track progress: https://github.com/year6b7a/item-network-factorio-mod/issues/72.

I was worried it would be easy for players to accidentally clear their fluids but that keybinding makes sense.
