I'm aware of that issue and have tried to fix it, but with no luck. I have no idea what causes that bug.

Good news! I’ve finally resolved the bug, the next version will have no zoom issues, and the fluid flow sprite now stays within the tank boundaries.

I also think the all quality types is broken or I don't know how to use it. When i click a item and all quality it adds nothing to the chest

Just checked — works fine for me. Maybe it's a mod conflict. I have no idea why it doesn’t work for you. Yes, choose an item and click — the 'All Quality' button and chest should populate that item with all qualities available in your game.

So yeah just tested it again and it works fine. Do not know why it didn't
